To supply you with the best fit possible we have provided the following size chart in both inches and centimeters.

Please note: All of our garments are designed to fit loosely. If you prefer a snugger fit you should consider ordering one size smaller.

In order to assure accurate fit you will need to get your measurements first. Always keep the measuring tape snug but don’t pull it tight. For the most accurate measurements have someone else help if possible.

For bust measurement wrap tape under arms making sure it lays over the fullest part of you bust.

For waist measurement, wrap tape around the smallest part of your waist on the natural waist line (where your pants normally rest).

For hip measurement wrap tape across fullest part of the hips.

For sleeve length measurements start at the center of the back of your neck and continue to the end of your wrist bone.

U.S. Shipping and Handling

For Express 1-3 day shipping add an additional $15 to standard shipping and handling rate.

Free Shipping - In order to keep our shipping costs low our free shipping offer only applies to orders that remain at $100 or more. Therefore if any item(s) is/are returned and your order is no longer over $100 (not including tax) shipping cost will be deducted accordingly from your refund amount.

International Shipping and Handling

Al-Farah delivers to almost any country in the world!

Delivery time for Canada is from 4-10 days with most orders received in 6 days or less.

For all other countries please email us at sales@al-farah.com with the quantities, item numbers, sizes, and colors that you would like and we will let you know the cost and approximate delivery time of your order.

You are advised to first check with your country’s customs office if you are unsure of any entrance and/or other fees that may apply. Al-Farah has no obligation or responsibility to pay or reimburse the buyer for any such charges and any shipping and/or return fees incured will be the responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Before placing your order make sure to carefully check your size with our size chart. We ask that before washing and wearing your new fashions that you try them on at home to make sure they fit the way you like. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied you may return all items sold by Al-Farah (in their original condition and packaging) within 25 days of purchase for a full refund less original shipping charges. If your return is a result of our error, we will refund you the original shipping charges and we will also pay the return shipping cost (an amount less than or equal to the original shipping charge).

Please complete the return form on the back of the invoice included in your original order and ship it with your return.

For a fast and easy checkout we highly recommend an online credit card or check card payment. This way we can ship your order out to you as fast as possible.

Check or Money Order

If you don’t have a credit card we will also accept payments in the form of check or money order (no cash please). Please note that orders paid for by check will be shipped out 5-7 days after receiving your check. Orders paid for with a money order will be shipped upon receiving money order. Wholesale Policies

- Wholesale items may not be returned, only exchanges will be accepted for irregular merchandise. All items will be exchanged for identical items (same size/color), if available, or a similar and equally valued item if the identical one is not available.
- Please inspect all items upon receiving them. Items may be exchanged within 15 days of purchase.
- Please do NOT return any wholesale items without contacting us first.
